Put your pass in someone else’s name
Cannot make it? You do not have to lose your pass. We put it in the name of whoever takes your place, and they get a new ticket by email.
How it works
- We check the name at the door, so handing your ticket to someone else only works if we change it here first.
- You need the order number from your confirmation email. It is called the reference there.
- We do this by hand, so give us a couple of days. You hear from us as soon as it is done.
- Free until 31 December 2026. From 1 January 2027 a name change costs 25 euro.
