From Schiphol
Train to Amsterdam Sloterdijk, then metro 50 to Isolatorweg. That is two minutes, and it runs every ten minutes. Isolatorweg is the end of the line, so you cannot miss your stop.
From Amsterdam Centraal
Metro 51 runs to Isolatorweg. It is also the terminus there.
