Paying at the festival
All drinks and lockers are paid through the PartyPay app. Download it before you arrive. It is available for iOS and Android.
Cash is possible only at the registration desk, where you top up your PartyPay balance. After that, everything runs through the app.
Lockers
Lockers replace the coat check, managed through the same app. Bring what you need for a long night.
Lost something
During the festival the registration desk is the fastest route: everything handed in ends up there. Already home, or nobody at the desk? Then fill in the lost and found form and we will look for you.
Lost your ticket
You can send it to yourself again at resend.ticketing.cm.com. Fill in the email address you booked with and the date of the festival, and it lands in your inbox.
Registration
Registration opens 30 minutes before the first workshop, from Friday to Sunday.
Food and drink
You may bring your own food and drink during the workshops. Not during party hours.
Photos and video
Gwepa and Iron Mambo cover the festival in photo and video. Their work appears on their channels and on ours.
Filming and taking pictures for yourself is fine. Shooting commercially without our accreditation is not: if you are making images to sell to dancers, you need our permission first. Anyone doing it anyway is asked to leave, without a refund. If someone offers to sell you photos or video of yourself, tell us at the registration desk.
